All publications on the Site, including but not only photos, design, program codes, software, databases, are the exclusive intellectual property of Georgi Petrov Art and are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, as they cannot be used in any way without the prior written consent of Georgi Petrov Art.
Copying and reproduction of the paintings of the artist Georgi Petrov, without the express consent of the artist, is prohibited.
3. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The sale price of each painting is indicated on the website in the currency EUR and BGN, and includes the shown frame, all taxes, packaging and transport, except for fees for delivery outside the EU and packaging, if you choose such as luxury *.
The different delivery methods and related costs are described in the section “Delivery”.
Delivery and packaging costs depend on the type of work of art, its size, its weight, as well as the location of delivery.
The payment of the price of the work by the Buyer to the Seller is made via payment options: bank card, bank transfer, PayPal, cash on delivery (only for Bulgaria, Romania, Greece)
The transfer of ownership takes place as soon as the Buyer pays the full price. Failure to pay the full price automatically cancels the sale and the work of art is returned for sale on the website www.georgipetrov.com
4. DELIVERY
The price of each painting includes free delivery to Bulgaria and the European Union (for Switzerland and England the conditions are different; there could be additional fees (duty tax)) and a free export certificate from the National Gallery in Sofia. Each work has an author’s certificate of authenticity with the year of creation, technique and name of the recipient.
After receiving confirmation of payment, the artwork is sent as follows:
for delivery in Bulgaria => the order is processed within three working days after confirmed payment. Delivery is free, within the next day. It can be done with courier companies Econt and Speedy, respectively to their office or to the address of the recipient. For this purpose it is necessary to indicate the office or exact address, email and telephone number of the recipient. Possibility for cash on delivery. Insurance is included.
for delivery in the European Union => the order is processed within five working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery is free, it takes 5 to 6 working days with the courier company Speedy (DPD). Cash on delivery is only possible for Romania and Greece. Speedy do not insure paintings. If artwork is damaged or lost, the seller and courier are not responsible. If you would like to insure artwork, the cost of the shipping will be with DHL and it will cost approx. 130 – 180 euro.
for delivery in England and Switzerland => after confirmation of additional fees and documentation requirements.
for delivery in Russia => after specific agreements with the customer, customs and courier.
for delivery in the USA and Canada => the order is processed within seven working days after payment is confirmed. The cost of delivery is $ 190 for 3-4 working days to the recipient’s address with Fedex and DHL. Insurance is included.
It is possible to send by Bulgarian mail (unless the service is temporarily unavailable due to Covid restrictions) at a price between $ 50 – 90, depending on the size of the shipment.
To send the picture you need to provide the recipient’s address, email, full name and phone number.
* During the annual leave of the store, the customer will be informed in time for any delay in delivery. * Luxury packaging: luxury packaging has a minimum amount of nylon and paper. The painting is sent in a specially created wooden box, which can be engraved with text, initials or more of your choice. This type of packaging is paid extra and the price varies depending on the size of the painting and the choice of engraving.
The delivery of works of art shall take place at the address indicated in the summary form of the contract, during business hours and in accordance with the procedures laid down by the carrier chosen for the contract.
The buyer must be informed of the delivery procedures and schedules applied by the various delivery service providers.
The buyer must, as soon as he receives the order, to check the condition of artwork and mention any deformation immediately in writing and with photographs, no later than 48 hours after receipt.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN, REFUSAL OF PURCHASE
The buyer has the right within 14 days of delivery to cancel the purchase without any cost or reason.
The buyer can use his right of withdrawal by sending an email to:
info@georgipetrov.euGeorgi Petrov Art will then be responsible for processing the cancellation by the Buyer and will process the refund within 14 days.
The refund refers to the price of the work of art paid by the Buyer, as well as the cost of return
Returned works of art that are damaged will not be accepted or restored, Georgi Petrov Art reserves the right to make a decision at its discretion.
6. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES
The seller is not liable for non-performance of any kind when it is due to force majeure.
7. ARTWORK COMMISSION
If you wish to order an artwork of your choice and size, please write to:
info@georgipetrov.euAfter specifying details and agreement of both parties on the subject, amount, term of execution and price, the guarantor should transfer a deposit of 50% of the value of the order through one of the payment services: bank card, bank transfer, PayPal.
8. FORM OF STATEMENTS
All statements between the parties are considered valid if made written. The written form is also considered complied with when the medium is electronic.
9. ADDRESSES FOR CORRESPONDENCE
All statements between the parties are considered validly sent and received if they are sent to the e-mail addresses or physical addresses explicitly indicated in the correspondence form on the seller’s website, as well as telephone numbers – when sending text messages.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All relations between Georgi Petrov Art LTD, visitors to its website and buyers from the e-shop are settled in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria at the time of concluding the sales contract and the general conditions in force at the time of sale, unless otherwise agreed. conditions for the specific sale. Any disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
11. LANGUAGE
All bilingual statements made by and between the parties are considered binding only in their Bulgarian version. In the case of a monolingual statement in a language other than Bulgarian, the Bulgarian translation of the statement made by a registered translator from the respective language registered with the Ministry of Justice shall be agreed upon.
12. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out in the manner disclosed on the website of the seller.
