The price of each painting includes free delivery to Bulgaria and the European Union (for Switzerland and England the conditions are different; there could be additional fees (duty tax)) and a free export certificate from the National Gallery in Sofia. Each work has an author’s certificate of authenticity with the year of creation, technique and name of the recipient.
After receiving confirmation of payment, the artwork is sent as follows:
for delivery in Bulgaria => the order is processed within three working days after confirmed payment. Delivery is free, within the next day. It can be done with courier companies Econt and Speedy, respectively to their office or to the address of the recipient. For this purpose it is necessary to indicate the office or exact address, email and telephone number of the recipient. Possibility for cash on delivery. Insurance is included.
for delivery in the European Union => the order is processed within five working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery is free, it takes 5 to 6 working days with the courier company Speedy (DPD). Cash on delivery is only possible for Romania and Greece. Speedy do not insure paintings. If artwork is damaged or lost, the seller and courier are not responsible. If you would like to insure artwork, the cost of the shipping will be with DHL and it will cost approx. 130 – 180 euro.
for delivery in England and Switzerland => after confirmation of additional fees and documentation requirements.
for delivery in Russia => after specific agreements with the customer, customs and courier.
for delivery in the USA and Canada => the order is processed within seven working days after payment is confirmed. The cost of delivery is $ 190 for 3-4 working days to the recipient’s address with Fedex and DHL. Insurance is included.
It is possible to send by Bulgarian mail (unless the service is temporarily unavailable due to Covid restrictions) at a price between $ 50 – 90, depending on the size of the shipment.
To send the picture you need to provide the recipient’s address, email, full name and phone number.
* During the annual leave of the store, the customer will be informed in time for any delay in delivery. * Luxury packaging: luxury packaging has a minimum amount of nylon and paper. The painting is sent in a specially created wooden box, which can be engraved with text, initials or more of your choice. This type of packaging is paid extra and the price varies depending on the size of the painting and the choice of engraving.
The delivery of works of art shall take place at the address indicated in the summary form of the contract, during business hours and in accordance with the procedures laid down by the carrier chosen for the contract.
The buyer must be informed of the delivery procedures and schedules applied by the various delivery service providers.
The buyer must, as soon as he receives the order, to check the condition of artwork and mention any deformation immediately in writing and with photographs, no later than 48 hours after receipt.
